The maintenance fee is presently J$3000.00 per month due the first of each month
There is an annual Membership fee of J$500.00 due annually
Maintenance fees may be paid at some branches of Paymaster Ltd. They are Sovereign Center (open 8am to 7pm), and Paymaster Head Office, 6 Dumfries Road, Kingston 10 (open 8am-5pm)

Maintenance fees are used by LMCC Ltd. to provide/maintain the following services for your benefit:
- Security - Officers stationed at the gate and armed motorised patrols
- Pool - Water, chlorination, filtration pump, cleaning
- Electricity - Powers Clubhouse, Guardhouse, fountain, entry gates, lights at Post Office & Clubhouse
- Water - For fountain, pool and Guardhouse
- Legal fees -
- Office Furniture - A capital cost amortised as monthly provisions to pay for office equipment for LMCC Ltd. staff
- Among others
Low compliance levels will force the contraction of services that will immediately reduce the value of your investment and the quality of your life.
